Include a flower graphic to new meat-free fiver (£5) once they are available.
It has been established that the new £5 polymer banknotes include a small quantity of animal derived tallow. Once tallow-free notes can be made the problem will not be solved for years if the new notes are not easily identifiable.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Bank notes are the responsibility of the Bank of England, which is independent of the Government and Parliament.
You could start a new petition asking the Government to urge the Bank of England to take this action.
