No limits to when a Railcard can be used
We can't use Railcards at certain times.
Students can't use their 16-25 Railcard before 10 am in any months other than July and August.
What use is this to any student?
Which students are going to be travelling regularly at these times?
It is a joke that students are being ripped off at a time when fees are becoming more and more expensive.
