All PMs must state that their duty is to enact the will of the people, not God.
All incoming PMs should be required to publicly confirm that their primary duty is to the electorate and to reaffirm their commitment to their election manifesto.
This petition is not an attack on the right of acting MPs to hold personal religious beliefs. Rather, it is intended to remind our leaders that, in their public capacity, they are ultimately answerable to the electorate and that the manifesto commitments they've made to voters supersede the demands of their personal faith.
You can't sign this petition because it is now closed. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
