To make Mothers who wrongly alienate Fathers liable for criminal prosecution

Petition Details

It's all too easy for Mothers to falsely accuse Fathers and alienate them from their child's life. The current legal process to prove a Father is innocent is very lengthy. This takes away valuable time away from both the child and the Father. This should be a criminal offence.
