Open up the community centres and sports halls to homeless in cold weather.
Just read a news story about a guy freezing to death on the coldest night of the year. It reached -9'c here. Its a simply request, which would help in cold weather, not a quick fix, but a start!

The Government is not responsible for community centres and sports halls.
You could start a new petition calling on Parliament to change the law, to require anyone who is responsible for a community centre or a sports hall to open their premises to homeless people when the temperature falls below a certain level.
