Death Penalty For Repeat Offenders
With the all the crimes that are being committed by repeat offenders, with the great costs physical, emotional, financial, that citizens have to endure.I believe we should have a combined three strikes & capital punishment system. If the same individual continues to commit prison worthy crimes, then regardless of what that final offince is, they souuld be, for the good of every law abiding citizen, executed.
Within a generation our prison population would shrink, & the money saved could be put back into our police force, so more officers could be out on the streets deterring criminal activity.
