Create an EU-wide alcohol in blood limit

Additional Information

Too much confusion exists over the drink-drive limits country to country. Rule-hungry Switzerland enforces the same limit as the UK, but all surrounding countries have a limit almost half as much. Time to stop unsuspecting foreigners getting caught out in foreign countries.
