Only Scots can vote in any future Scottish referendum on independence

Petition Details

In the first referendum for Scottish independence EU citizens could vote while Scots outside Scotland couldn't. If there is another one I want it to be for Scots only no EU citizens should be allowed a vote.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

The franchise (the rules about who is allowed to vote) for the 2014 independence referendum was decided by the Scottish Parliament, not the UK Government or Parliament.
