Freedom of movement for non-EU students during term time if no lectures missed

Petition Details

Overseas university students holding a Tiers 4 visa are technically not allowed to leave UK during term time even if they have no running modules, or they will take own risk at UK border. The university's authorised absence letter will never be approved except for emergency reason.
