Protect pension funds by changing the law governing distributions by companies
Companies Act 2006 fails to prevent the asset-stripping of companies by the unscrupulous for personal gain
Signing this petition may be your best chance to secure the financial future of your company’s pension fund and your life in retirement.
Accumulative distributable reserves brought forward should be used to cover the pension fund deficit first before further distributions.
Fixed assets should be recorded at fair value before assets are transferred and the non-distributable revaluation reserve created should remain with the company.
Non-distributable reserves converted to distributable reserves should be accounted for as unrealized profit for dividend purposes and remain with the company.
