Require companies to give paid & undisclosed leave for Dysmenorrhea(period pain)

Petition Details

The higher the amount 'ill' days an employee or a prospective employee has can negatively affect employment. Symptoms are directly related to being a women. Some would say women need to be able to take days off every month without any record of them not working that day and to be paid in full.
