Petition Details

Council promised pitches, unable to fulfill agreement. 1/3 of the way through the season, council are forcing us to fold the league. Being fined a large amount which we are unable to fund, due to no fault of our own. Perfectly good pitches available but refusing to let us use them. Keep us running.

Additional Information

We have correspondence with our local councillor and other governing bodies, Sporting agencies, the FA and local authorities.
Emails proving the council should of been accountable.
Minutes from meetings.
Emails to Secretary of the league.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. This seems to be the responsibility of Melton Borough Council.
