Make parking charge notices illegal
Parking charges notices are designed to look like penalty notices. Big companies charging extortionate amounts that are unfair and unreasonable. Using scare tactics to get money out of people.

We're not sure whether you want to make the issuing of parking charge notices illegal, whether you would like them to be required not to look like penalty notices, or whether you would like the laws around what private parking companies can charge to be changed.
