Government to crack down on animal abusers and instruct more serious penalties.
I've seen far too many stories and articles of animals such as dogs, cats and birds being killed, attacked, tortured and abused. This is extremely cruel and wrong, we should treat them as we would each other. It breaks my heart to see this going on. It's a serious issue in the country right now.
