Littering from motor vehicles - 3 points on your licence
Littering from vehicles to be penalised with 3 points on the drivers licence. I propose that the driver be penalised irrespective of who is claimed to have been responsible for littering as the driver has overall responsibility for the passengers in their vehicle.
The roadside in our once green and pleasant land is a disgrace and this would act as a starting point in the fight against litter.
