Strip Govia Thameslink Railway (Southern Rail) of its contract.
Govia Thameslink Railway (Southern Rail) is failing to provide an adequate service, and it must now be considered to be in breach of its franchise agreement. This agreement must be cancelled and taken over by a suitable operator.
