Replace House of Lords with an elected house with advisory functions only.

Petition Details

The newly elected house would consist of a total of 100 representatives holding elections at the same time as a general election. This would make the second house fully accountable to the electorate. This would prevent the second house from subverting the will of the UK electorate.
