Payment for grandparents who have grandchildren fulltime.

Additional Information

Me and my husband work but can only get child benefit for 2 grandchildren who live with us fulltime so if they need clothes or shoes or anything else and it is more than £34 we have to pay for it. I think there should be some sort of payment like foster parents get because grandparents are doing the same job.
