Chris Grayling has failed. He suggests Legislation to ban Strikes - this is not a solution. Drivers & Guards are striking because passenger Safety is paramount. Sadiq Khan, London Mayor, proposed a viable solution - use TFL (Transport For London) to manage Southern Rail Franchise and infrastructure.
