Homeless people shouldn't be fined for sleeping on sidewalks in London
Homeless people could be fined up to a £1,000 for sleeping in doorways near popular tourist spots. The homeless should be able to receive support to leave homelessness behind, however criminalising sleeping rough could simply create more issues that they have to overcome.
