Petition Action

Introduce a 'recall motion' on MP's to enable constituents to deselect their MP

Petition Details

Constituents can recall an MP where they are not representing the constituency, or clearly voting against the best interest of the constituency electorate. This would deselect the sitting MP and trigger a by-election in the constituency. This would give more flexibility to the constituency.
