We are in a housing crisis and something needs to desperately be done such as these initiatives below;

Additional Information

Give Bursaries/reduce restrictions on brownfield sites, especially to smaller housing companies; This will allow for more building, with the added benefit of being more sustainable.

That each development must have a specified % of council, affordable, single-living & various bedroom houses available, so to meet the needs of the whole community.

A law that after a developer has received their planning permission, they have a specified amount of time in which to finish their build.
