Stop the College of Policing requiring Police to have a degree before joining.
The College of policing are requiring new officers to have a degree or a 3 year apprenticeship before joining. Currently there are around 38% of officers who have a degree. As a current special constable alot of the officers I serve with haven't got a degree and their policing skills are fantastic!
