Petition Action

Toughen the Laws on None Legal Encampment's, they get away with too much.

Petition Details

A number cause issues with the Locals, creating Costs to private and Councils time and time again, they Appear not to pay anything and just repeat elsewhere, this is wrong in Law as others doing the same would be in Court on a number of charges, the Police should have the Power to move them on ?

Additional Information

It is unfair to Council Tax paying where money has to be use which go go to other causes taking Court action, Cleaning up their Waste and repairs, these people Must pay for their actions not the rest of us and land owners.

The System should be Equal for All.

Let's get a system that works with maybe a Ticket system with Fines paid in cash and taken to Court, never hear any going to Court, the Police seem Frightened of them as many who face this say, wrong as they know it as well.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
