Bring back the car MOT and tax reminders and make them free!

A while ago the DVLA started using a text messaging system to inform people that their vehicle tax and MOT was due. To my knowledge this feature was soon made a paid subscription. With tax discs now gone innocent good people are forgetting their tax and MOT. In this day and age this should be free!
