The Government must grant immunity from prosecution to Soldiers who served in NI
Law and Order had broken down, to delay reacting to a situation could result in death and injury to those you are there to protect, actions result in reactions, if you allow the IRA murderes exemptions it is only right and proper you grant British Soldiers equal exemptions.
Law & Order had broken down civil disorder ruled the day, shootings and bombings were common place, the community could not be trusted, to delay taking action could result in death destruction and mayhem, to later dissect a soldiers on the spot decisions and seek prosecution is wrong when the Government granted the perpetrators of the mayhem Immunity from Prosecution for the acts of terror it carried out, all Soldiers should be granted the same Immunity
