Petition Action

Claim min. £50billion against EU for breach of EU asylum and immigration rules.

Petition Details

The EU want to charge the UK a fine when triggering Article50.One of the biggest concerns of Brexit is illegal immigration. It's time to backcharge the EU in a civil action for the legal costs, housing costs, subsistence, medical, etc.under a civil action for EU breach of law and failing to do its duty.

Additional Information

The EU want to charge the UK £50billion when triggering Article 50.The EU state that asylum seekers must seek asylum in the first safe location.Instead,EU members such as France supports sustaining migrant camps for asylum seekers trying to reach the UK. All the people who have entered the UK illegally should be arrested, interviewed, deported & returned to the last safe location with a backcharge of bills, then this EU member would do the same,I anticipate a minimum claim of £50billion to the EU!
