Call upon Sky/bskyb to rectify volume issues with their Sky+ HD boxes.
Sky have altered/taken away the ability to alter sound settings on their Sky+ HD boxes.
Please visit any online forum regarding this issue and accept the evidence and disatisfaction provided there by Sky customers.
