Enforce cyclists to use cycle paths and help unclog our roads
Why do we pay taxes (and motorists pay more than most) to build thousands of miles of cycle paths, only to have cyclists continue to use the road when there's a cycle path a few feet from them?
Enforcment is needed in the way of fines for people holding up traffic when a purpose build path is sometimes only feet away.
