transport for london has stated that grants to upgrade vehicles to european emmission standards have been made available for european businesses and individuals in other countries, transport for london says its up to central government to grant these upgrade grants to help people with the cost of upgrade
we partition the government to assist small business and individuals in the change and upgrade to the mayor of londons policy,, and in doing so help stop further unemloyment and loss of business due to finance not being available to cover these chnages from the banks, and thus being starved of funds
