Petition Details

(O)IRA planned avowedly Marxist sabotage. This was left out of the 1998 Good Friday Agreement and out of charity registration of British Irish Rights Watch. The Arms Decommissioners reported concerns about this in 2003. USA Qui Tam actions exposed UK manufacturers for test falsification fraud.

Additional Information

In 1962 GardaĆ­ provided UK Govt a copy of IRA Garland Plan. This was when IRA were avowedly Marxist seeking to promote class war. They planned for poisons, sabotage and infiltration of trades unions. See appendices Scarman Report 1972. The most serious ever IRA deployment was 1996 the so called "Sugar Bomb Hoax". A plan to black out London and South East for six months. IRA advised their ally Mandela how to sabotage oil refinery. Serious nuclear incidents at Dounreay and Devonport no inquiry
