Ban cyclist strobe lights and flashing lights.

Petition Details

We all know the lights, the ones that blind you and flash at you and distract you whilst driving. A dimmer, non-flashing light would be much safer, the amount of people I have seen driving get distracted by those lights are ridiculous!
