Meals on wheels volunteering

Additional Information

Having watched the hairy bikers highlight the problems with the meals on wheels service on BBC2 I feel that a solution to the problem of a lack of volunteers would be to utilise those on the dole with nothing to do. I am not claiming those on the dole are scroungers in any way i just feel that they should be made to volunteer to help out and earn their giro's
