Since the early 1990s the Uk offshore workforce has been denied the right to organise and/or take industrial action.
Unions work in partnership with the employers and fail to represent their members and their wishes
Blacklisting of union members and elected stewards.
Use of cheaper foreign labour
Blatent abuse of workplace agreements with attacks on terms and conditions
