Government to set maximum price for the first 5 Kw. per day per household.
The energy companies should be charging higher tariffs the more you use not less.
A low rate for the first few Kw. hours would help the needy and low paid and reward those who are frugal, while excessive use will be discouraged. It will also make price comparison much easier and more competitive.
