Give MP's the same expenses as HM Forces

Additional Information

I would like to propose that MP's get the same accomodation as HM Forces when away from their families, ie Single Soldiers Accomodation. This would stop the "Second Home Allowance" and also for MP's to be given expenses in line with other Public Sector Workers, such as HM Forces, to that end, they need to use JPA.
