To allow all of the UK a vote on Scottish Independence if a referendum is held.
The break up of the United Kingdom affects every person in the country, not just Scotland. This is particularly so if Scotland leaves and then rejoins the EU. Therefore this petition seeks to secure the rights of all citizens to have a vote should another referendum be held.
