Stricter regulations for complaints handling, for communications providers
Phone companies and other providers are neglecting their duties to provide effective customer service for complaints handling. Too many times we as consumers are lied to and made false promises, because these companies can.
It's time the government responded and did something to protect consumers from unfair practice and make complaints handling legislation stricter.
