One Country should have the same rights for every region

Additional Information

We are all part of the U.k, so why do for example Scotland get free prescriptions and University fees paid for. I believe that this should be made available for all or stopped. This is completely unfair on all people that contribute taxes that only certain regions benefit and others do not.
