Make advertising in any form a fake job vacancy a serious offence
common practice within recruitment is to invent vacancies (even in some cases naming a real Company) to increase the number of CV's a recruitment agency has on file. This completely wastes job-seekers time, effort, gives them false hope and distracts them from the real task of getting a job
