Southern Rail poor performance. Over crowded trains, staff continually striking.
I am commuter and I am affected by the Southern rail dispute with its staff. East Croydon Main Line Train stations was closed on day of the aslef strike. Trains are over crowded everyday and lack carriages. There are no refunds offered at purchase of a new ticket for failing to meet obligations!
