Change the definition of "gender".
There has been many discovery's in science, from proving that gender should be on a spectrum from the discovery of the SRY gene in 1990(Source 1) to extra chromosomes (Source 2). If we do believe in equality then we should make this change. I go in detail on my reddit page linked below w/ sources.
