Unfreeze Council Tax

Additional Information

I would like to see the governemnt unfreeze council tax charges for the following reasons:
So that County Councils can have a sustainable budget for public services which the payments cover.
1: The Police Force and local NHS needs ,and social welfare.
2: Street lighting .
3: Bus service subsidys which effect the elderly and young in rural areas.
4: Refuse,and Hygeine collections
