Setting British time zone the same as Europe

Additional Information

The UK needs to be on the same time zone as the rest of Europe.
The vast majority of the UK is in unwanted darkness in the evenings, all for the benifit for a few people in northern Scotland.

We should have the same time zones as our euro neighbours!
