changing places toilets in all new public buildings and shopping centres.
I have two children with complex medical and physical needs also wheelchair users. They are unable to use normal disabled toilets as they need to be lifted out and changed on dirty floors which is not dignified for them and damages my back!

You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
You could start a new petition calling on Parliament to change the law, to require all new public buildings and shopping centres to have appropriate changing facilities for disabled children.
