Make the Sure Start Maternity Grant Equal to ALL babies!
When having a baby, you're entitled to apply for a Sure Start Maternity Grant. However if you/partner dont receive benefits you are immediately singled out and unable to claim, therefore stating just because you earn a living you baby does not have the right to an equal £500.00 kick start to life!
