Divorce on grounds of adultery even if it's is with someone of the same sex
Adultery according to our government cannot be grounds for a divorce if they had sex with someone of the same sex EVEN in a same-sex marriage.
Adultery it's a betrayal of a person and a marriage regardless of who it isn't they cheated on you with.
