Support cycling as a vital part of Transport strategy with a National Plan
The Transport Secretary recently doored a cyclist and later gave the impression that he thought cyclists were not road users.
Cyclists are seen as demons and victims on the road.
It is time this stopped and government promoted cycling as part of the future for Transport: healthy, clean, and efficient with a small footprint.
