Speed up DBS checks
Care companies are in crisis due to the waiting time for DBS checks. Staff only have to give a months notice to leave but to get new staff to cover them can take months, It is hard enough getting staff to work in the care industry and many give up the wait after 4 weeks as need to be in paid work.
