Make CCTV in abattoirs mandatory and monitored by animal welfare experts.
France's parliament voted for mandatory CCTV cameras in abattoirs, The UK should follow suit bringing transparency to slaughterhouse practices, the presence of CCTV could make people think twice before performing unnecessary and cruel acts upon defenceless animals.
